Her global impact as an Inspirational Speaker is evident in publications, radio, and TV talk shows. Committed to supporting women facing loss and trauma, Khadijah's positive affirmation, "You are Enough!" guides her life and empowers others, earning her recognition such as the Women of Wonder Awards in South Africa.
Passionate about financial inclusion and financial independence, Zanele is an experienced business strategist with a passion and expertise in financial inclusion and financial education. She has more than 23 years’ experience in the financial services industry where she has proven her abilities in different areas. She has proven track record in Financial Planning, banking, wealth management, business strategy, Strategic relationship Management, Business Development and other areas of expertise.
She is a Certified Financial Planner CFP® affiliated to the Financial Planning Institute. She holds numerous academic qualifications with the Masters’ degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Free State and an MPhil in Development Finance at the University of Stellenbosch as the highest qualification. She is passionate advocate of economic empowerment in a sustainable manner. She takes great pleasure in making a difference in ordinary people lives to ensure that they are financially astute and can make sound financial decision. She is also an entrepreneur, businesswoman, mentor and a public speaker on financial matters and entrepreneurship.
Mantati, as the Group People Experience Director, exemplifies visionary leadership in human resource management and business operations. With over two decades in diverse industries like FMCG, retail, financial services, technology, mining, and consulting, her proficiency in navigating complex environments is unparalleled. Her academic achievements are extensive, including a Master's in Business Leadership, a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM, and various executive and change management certificates.
These qualifications underpin her expertise in enhancing productivity and people capabilities. Globally minded, Mantati's influence extends from Pan-African regions to North America and Australia, focusing on transformative business strategies and change leadership. She excels in strategic execution, agile project management, and digital transformation, integrating change frameworks in the banking industry and leading culture change initiatives.
Andisa Liba, a leader in human potential development and organisational transformation with over 15 years of diverse industry experience across Africa, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Floatpays. As Co-founder of Women's Tech Connection, she extends her influence beyond corporate boundaries, earning recognition from organisations like Cisco's Connected Black Professionals.
She served as CEO of the Pan African Chamber of Commerce, where she advocated for a conducive business environment, contributing to Africa's socio-economic growth. Andisa, recognised in the Forty under 40 Africa & South Africa and Women in Tech Award, is listed in the InspiringFifty Africa 2023 and serves on Lean In Sustainability and Equity South Africa, where she moderates dialogues around the impact of ESG and facilitates conversations with executives for best practice and strategy for the country.
MBA qualified Executive leader, who is the Group Head of Samsung (Africa), responsible for driving the retail strategy for Samsung in Africa. Anna-Lee has a wealth of experience gained from 31 years of work experience within the Telecommunications and Consumer Electronics sectors.
She has extensive experience in the areas of Retail Strategy & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Consumer Market Insights, Business Analytics and Reporting. Anna-Lee has won various Awards over her career and is passionate about giving back to deserving communities.
Sithembile Ngobese is a seasoned communications and corporate affairs professional with over two decades of experience. Her expertise includes strategic communications leadership, media relations, government advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Notable career highlights include leading Siemens' involvement in the United Nations Climate Change Conference, creating a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Agriculture and Tiger Brands, and spearheading a sustainable retail model for rural communities. Sithembile holds an MBA, completed the Siemens Management Development Programme, and has a National Diploma in Media Studies. Currently, she serves as the Director of Corporate Affairs for Southern Africa at Unilever.
