 Programme Overview

Formal recognition as a trained facilitator is an invaluable asset as it enhances a person’s employability. Furthermore, it allows potential employers to identify competent occupational facilitators.

This programme provides this credibility to facilitators by teaching them the skills of occupational facilitation. It is suitable for all facilitators, covering a wide array of facilitation methodologies.

On completion of this programme, facilitators will not only be able to plan according to learning outcomes, but also plan around specific audience needs. They will also be able to evaluate how well their facilitation was received by establishing the strengths and weaknesses of it, enabling them to continually improve their facilitation skills.
