Formal recognition as a trained facilitator is an invaluable asset as it enhances a person’s employability. Furthermore, it allows potential employers to identify competent occupational facilitators.

This programme provides this credibility to facilitators by teaching them the skills of occupational facilitation. It is suitable for all facilitators, covering a wide array of facilitation methodologies.

On completion of this programme, facilitators will not only be able to plan according to learning outcomes, but also plan around specific audience needs.
